You may cancel your order for a full refund before our team starts working on it.
After work starts
- Once an order has been filed with a government authority, government fees paid to that authority are non-refundable.
- The unused part of our service fee is refunded according to the stage the order has reached.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method; the time they take to appear depends on your card issuer.
