Retention periods
- Official company documents (formation, EIN, agreements): for the life of your account, so you can download them at any time.
- Identity and proof-of-address documents: while the service is delivered, then no longer than legal and regulatory obligations require.
- Payment records and invoices: for the applicable accounting and legal periods.
Deletion
You may request deletion of your documents after the service is complete through support, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Protection
All documents are stored encrypted and every access is logged.
