Nature of the service
We provide administrative services to form Missouri LLCs, prepare their documents and, with Premium, help open the company bank account. We are not a law firm, an accounting firm or a financial institution, and we do not provide legal or tax advice.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete information and genuine documents.
- Comply with the laws that govern your business in your country and in the United States.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
Bank account
For Premium customers: once your company is formed and you have its documents, we walk you through every step until your company bank account is open. We will never ask for your passwords or verification codes.
Fees and payment
Package prices are all-inclusive and shown in full before payment.
Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for delays or rejections by government authorities or providers, or for damage caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably suspect is used for unlawful purposes.
