Do I need to live in the US?
No. We provide everything your company needs in the US. All you do is send us your basic details.
What do you need from me?
The company name, the owner's name, a phone number and proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement. If you have no proof of address, we provide the address and its documents.
Which state is my company registered in?
We form every company in Missouri, which does not require an annual report for LLCs.
When do I receive my company documents?
Within 48 hours of your details being complete and your order paid. We upload the documents to your account and email you.
Do you open a bank account for my company?
Yes, with Premium we guarantee your bank account once the company is formed, along with Wise, Mercury and Stripe accounts. After you receive your documents we walk you through every step until the accounts are open. We will never ask for your passwords or verification codes.
What is an EIN?
It is your company's number with the IRS. You need it to open a bank account and work with payment gateways. We obtain it for you after formation.
Are there fees after the package price?
The package price covers every first-year fee. From the second year, renewal is $100 a year: $60 for the company renewal before April 15 and $40 for the registered agent. We remind you every year.
How do I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard through a secure payment gateway, with Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. Your card details never reach our servers.
Are my documents safe?
Yes. Your documents are stored encrypted and only you and the team handling your order can see them.
